**ALL PRO CARDS FROM ANY ORGANIZATION ARE WELCOME TO COMPETE IN THE MR. GALAXY QUALIFIER TO RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATION TO COMPETE IN MR. GALAXY DECEMBER 2023 IN BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA.**
- The company issues an online invoice for the athletes to pay via credit card for annual memberships.

- Muscles USA Memberships start at $99 USD annually.

***Athletes from Denmark, Finland, and Norway may compete in a Regional contest in any one of these three countries, as well as in Sweden, to fulfill the requirement for an Official Regional Certificate.
*Athletes from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay may compete in a Regional contest in any one of these 8 countries to fulfill the requirement for an Official Regional Certificate.
*Athletes from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam may compete in a Regional contest in any one of these 7 countries to fulfill the requirement for an Official Regional Certificate.
2. Athletes must abide by the Regional and Pro Qualifier rules of the country in which they reside.
